Greetings,
I hope this finds you doing well and staying warm. My name is Dave Serio, curator of education at the Arab American National Museum (AANM). I am excited to share that AANM, in partnership with Rethinking Schools and Visualizing Palestine, are pleased to host a hybrid Educator PD Workshop that will share multiple resources on how to teach Palestine in the classroom.
This FREE workshop, taking place on Saturday, January 31 from 10am-2pm, is open to any and all educators interested in adding resources to their toolkit. In our workshop, educators will be introduced a multitude of educational resources available for educators to implement in their classroom (many of them free), allow educators to network and learn from one another, ask questions with experts in the field, and more! Lunch provided for in-person participants and SCECH credits available for all Michigan-based educators.
To register, please scan the QR code on the attached flyer or please visit our website: Educator Workshop: Palestine in the Classroom.
Thanks!
Dave
