Hadil Ismail is a Lebanese American. She has a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management from the University of Michigan and is currently an MBA student specializing in Global Supply Chain and International Management at Wayne State University.  She was in private Islamic schools in Saudi Arabia until she turned 16 and moved to the United States. She is fluent in Arabic and English.

Baqir manages MPAC’s Policy Leadership Institute, which consists of three anchor programs, the Young Leaders Policy & Government Summit, the Congressional Leadership Development Program, and the Graduate Policy Research Fellowship.

Baqir holds a Master of Public Policy from Michigan State University, where he studied impacts of lobbying in Washington, D.C. Hailing from the Dearborn, MI community, Baqir spent much of his free time volunteering at community organizations. Baqir has held executive board positions at various organizations, including a mental health organization where he has published studies regarding Arab and Muslim attitudes towards various topics. Baqir enjoys writing blogs about topics relevant to Muslims and Arab Americans, and American foreign policy. Prior to his masters, Baqir completed a BBA in Finance and an Associates of Science.
